Licensed Lite app for iPhone and iPad

Like many people, I have several licenses and certifications that need to be kept current for my job. Unfortunately they all have to be renewed at different times. Some are good for 1 year some for 5 years. What started out to be an app for professional documents has morphed into an app that can be used by literally everyone! Licensed Lite is used to track and give reminders of expiration dates. Use it for keeping track of your important documents like your professional licenses, certifications, drivers license, car registration, hunting & fishing license, library card, insurance, first aid certification etc. Licensed Lite will give you a reminder when those important dates are approaching. You can also use Licensed Lite for a reminder to cancel that subscription at the end of your free trial!

Create an account using a simple username and password or login using Google or Facebook.

Backup you account information to your personal Google Drive or iCloud account so that you never lose your data, even if you change phones. Simply press the upload icon on either the main documents page or from the profile page. The upload option can and should be used every time you update or add to your documents to ensure you never get surprised by an expiration date.

Add all the licenses, documents and registrations you would like to keep track of. Enter all of the pertinent information, even add a picture of the document for quick access where ever you and your phone are.

Enter a URL link for use when it comes time for renewal. For the URL, go online, find the applicable website and copy the URL. Paste the URL into Licensed. This will allow you to start the renewal process of your expiring document right there from your phone or tablet.

Enter the expiration date and choose when to be reminded. Set your reminder for as far in advance as you would like so you have plenty of time to get your affairs in order before it’s too late.
